Should your company information already be listed here, please contact us to obtain complete control over the listing(s). If you so wish, you may request your company listing(s) to be entirely removed by contacting the Administrator (see "Contact Us" above).

TERMS
“ Us”, “We”, “Ours”
PCB Libraries, Inc.

PCB Yellow Pages (PCBYP) is a service owned and operated by PCB Libraries, Inc (PCBL), an Illinois State corporation. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Users of this service irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois, in any action arising out of or related to this Agreement, and waive any other venue to which either party might be entitled by domicile or otherwise.

Welcome to PCB Yellow Pages! By visiting the PCBYP website or using any material stored herein, you agree to this User Agreement. The latest User Agreement supersedes all prior revisions and has precedence over any verbal or written communication. We reserve the right to modify the User Agreement or Privacy Statement with or without notice. If changes to this Agreement are significant (as determined by PCBL), We will attempt to notify you by sending an e-mail at the address associated with your account.

GENERAL
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any part of the website (including fees) at any time and without notice, and to require that specific software or configurations be placed on your system so that you can access the site or other specific areas.

We provide you with services and access in good faith that the information you provide is truthful. Failing to provide truthful information may result in the permanent termination of your account, you becoming ineligible for discounts and coupons, and/or denial of access.

GENERAL LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to prohibit and remove listings associated with countries on which the United States Government has placed a trade embargo. The countries affected are identified by the United States Government, and currently include (but are not limited to) Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, and Syria.

OWNERSHIP
PCBYP may use materials obtained via the World Wide Web. We respects copyright laws and if you have sound reason to believe copyright infringement exists, please notify Us via the “Contact Us” link immediately.

This website contains material and information posted by other parties. Unless otherwise expressed, all material belongs to PCBL. You must obtain written permission from the respective owner(s) to use any proprietary material on this site. Such material includes information, logos, graphics, text, programs, scripts, and any other types of files (or parts thereof).

ALL logins, passwords, and access information are the property of PCBL, and should not be shared with third parties. Likewise, targeted coupons, targeted discounts, or any other rights or privileges are all non-transferable. However, We reserve the right to transfer ownership and control of listings to whomever We deem to be the appropriate owner(s) of a listing.

In the event of merger, acquisition, dissolution, or any other event that requires change of ownership, We may transfer ownership of data at Our discretion.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY & SECURITY
We reserve the right to monitor users and site usage at our discretion.

Unauthorized attempts to access information, products, or services (hacking), or accessing any data via questionable means is strictly prohibited. We take hacking very seriously and WILL notify the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) of such criminal activity. We reserve the right to collect and use any information that helps identify the source of unauthorized access, attempts, or suspicion thereof. Among other things, We may use cookies, identify IP addresses, and store activity logs. We can use any and all information at our disposal as required by law and/or to protect PCBL, PCBYP, and any subscribers.

Illegal and objectionable behavior is strictly prohibited. Such action includes, but is not limited to, providing false information (whether intentionally or recklessly), using false identity, recklessly or intentionally affecting PCBYP with any malicious virus, worm, trojan, or any script or program that degrades or limits Our capacity (regardless of the extent) to provide standard service. We reserve the right to indefinitely bar access to users, computers, or networks from which such action originates, and may take legal action for incurred damages.

You are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering any and all products or work obtained from PCBYP, whether it is done by yourself or another party, whether they are viewed in your browser, downloaded or provided to you via any medium. You also cannot reverse engineer any downloads obtained through typical web browsing (temporary internet files, etc).

LOGINS, ACCOUNTS, AND ACCESS
You are entitled to use one single login. Since all PCBYP visitors have unlimited access to public information without paying or logging in, you should not create a login unless you intend to create a listing with it.

You are responsible for the confidentiality and safekeeping of your user ID and password and all associated activity. In the event you are aware that your login account may be compromised (someone other than you may have access to your login information), you agree to immediately change your password and notify Us via the “Contact Us” link if you have any problems doing so.

You are also responsible for, and are expected to, maintain up to date contact information so that in the event of important notifications, We can contact you.

We reserve the right to deny or restrict the amount and access you have (especially during system maintenance periods), including (but not limited to) prevention of concurrent logins, limiting bandwidth usage (the number of downloads), the number of times you can log in to the system within a certain period of time, or the number of messages you can store via the “Message Base”. We also reserve the right to close and permanently remove accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. We are not liable for damages incurred to you or third parties from exercising Our rights to limit access.

We reserve the right to cancel accounts which are inactive, for which payment is overdue, or have broken links for as little as two days. Even in such cases, We may, at our discretion, continue to maintain any listing.

SUBSCRIPTION
You can subscribe and unsubscribe to the mailing list services by logging onto your account. We can help you unsubscribe, but We are not responsible for your decision to do so, nor are we responsible if unsubscribing takes more time than usual due to extenuating circumstances. Most of the time, changes to your subscription status are posted immediately to the database, but you may not see this change for as long as 48 hours.

We reserve the right to send you e-mail notices about changes to the User Agreement or Privacy Statement or other important notices, whether or not you subscribe to a mailing list. If you are not subscribed to any mailing list, we will only send important messages to you. We reserve the right to combine offers from other companies in such e-mail communication. Unsubscribing from all Mailing Lists will certainly reduce the amount of e-mail communication you receive from us; but it will NOT entirely eliminate it.

If you wish to be entirely removed from our email distribution list, you may, at your discretion, terminate your account. Terminating your account means you will no longer have access to protected areas of the website. Refunds will NOT be issued for any listing features purchased. By terminating (deleting) your account, you will no longer receive bulk email regarding PCBYP services. Terminating your account does not necessarily mean that all of your information is removed from Our database (i.e. purchase records, and logs of your site visits and account usage may still exist.). We reserve the right to continue to leaving your listing(s) online although you no longer have an account with us.

INFORMATION POSTED AND WEB LINKS
Please note that the most up-to-date information on each listing may be available at the respective listing's website.

We provide listings and links to other sites as posted by numerous other parties. If you create or edit any listing, you are responsible for the data you provide. You are also responsible for your ratings and messages, and whatever damage they may cause. We have no control over the content of the material presented on the sites to which we provide links. We provide no warranties nor assume any responsibility for the data, products or services provided by these listings, their linked sites, or any damages incurred by your use of this service.

The current email address of your account will become the email identified on any listings you create. If this email changes, please provide the details (category, company name, username, email subscribed, email in the listing, and email you wish to replace the existing listing email) to the Administrator.

If you wish to update information in or to remove a listing or listings of your organization, please log in to your account and use the Manage Links tool from the Membership Home. If you did not create the listing(s) of your organization and you want them changed or removed, please email the Administrator from a company email address, identifying all categories from which you want the listing edited or removed, the company name, and URL.

RIGHT TO MODIFY & DENY
Listings submitted are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to deny any listing, rating, or message without any notification to you, especially if the listings appear false or misleading. We also may request that the size and type of hyperlinked files via the Image Hyperlink feature to optimize browsing experience.

We may modify or refuse to publicize any listing, rating, message or other content of any page on this site if we find any such item offensive or not conforming to professional standards. Depending on the nature of the offense, you may be given one chance to rectify the situation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED for terminated or modified listings.

We will edit or remove offending ratings and listings once such listings are brought to our attention. Please contact the Administrator directly via email to point out any such listings, and specifically state the URL and title of the posting.

If any listing is found to be untruthful (may be solely based on visitor/customer complaints), we may remove the listing and/or ban the associated user or company from the directory. Please do NOT be untruthful about your company's capacity or capabilities.

LOGO USAGE & SPONSORSHIPS
Using the PCBYP logo without permission is prohibited. You DO have permission to use the PCBYP logo ONLY under specific circumstances. The information below details these situations.

For permission to use the original, unaltered PCBYP logo for reasons other than stated in this section, please contact Us via the “Contact Us” link from the main menu, and provide specifics about how you wish to use it.

You are strictly prohibited from using a “PCBYP Sponsor” logo (or merely specifying such status) if you are not currently an officially recognized sponsor of PCBYP. Officially recognized sponsors are listed on the “Sponsors” page.

Use of the PCBYP logo cannot be used in derogatory contexts. It cannot be in any way associated with, illegal, racial, sexual or other questionable material. The logo cannot be used in conjunction with pirate software or spam (unsolicited) email. If you or your site promotes or condones such type behavior, you are prohibited from using the logo, whether or not We gave you written authorization to use the logo on your site. In such instances, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you in an effort to rectify the situation, but we may additionally take legal action to claim compensation for damages related to your action(s).

Whenever possible, the logo should be linked to the PCBYP site. Your use of the PCBYP logo and/or your listing on PCBYP does not mean that you are in any way partnered with Us or that We sponsor or endorse your organization, service, product, or website in any way. You are not authorized to imply or specify otherwise.

If your organization listing on PCBYP is truthful and properly up-to-date, you are authorized to specify that your organization is “registered with” or “listed on” PCBYP, and you may use the unaltered logo following the guidelines specified above.

OTHER PARTIES
We are not obligated to any third party to perform any service, provide any product, or take any action, expressed or implied, unless such action reflects a prior agreement made between Us and the respective party.

We do NOT endorse, sponsor, approve, or recommend you do business with any company advertising, sponsoring, or listed on PCBYP. Please note that businesses in other countries are likely regulated by business and trade laws very different from those of the United States. Your business relationships with these companies are conducted at your own risk. We will assume no responsibility for any damage arising from your usage of the PCBYP site.

ADVERTISERS AND SPONSORS
We may, at our own discretion, place advertisements on the website. However, we currently do not sell any advertisement space. Until we specify otherwise, please do not inquire in this regard.

Should we place ads, please note that We will not be responsible for the fulfillment of any promises or guarantees made by advertising parties. You agree that you will not hold Us liable, and all disputes regarding advertisements will remain between you and the party or parties who advertised. Similarly, we are not responsible for any promises or guarantees made by any of our sponsors.

We reserve the right to advertise on ALL pages, including those that display your listing. Should this be the case, it is possible that a competitor’s advertisement may appear on the same page as your listing. Regardless, it is in your best interest to make sure your company listing appears in the PCB Yellow Pages directory.

OPINIONS AND RATINGS
Opinions and ratings are very subjective and reflective of what others believe about a company. Opinions and ratings are not the point of view of PCBYP and we neither recommend or not recommend you obtains services or products from any of the organizations listed here. We are not responsible for damages resulting from recommendations or high ratings associated with any particular listing. Your choice to do business with any entity, regardless of the reason, is solely your choice and responsibility, and you assume all risk.

If you post a listing, it is likely to get rated by someone. Individuals may choose and assign you whatever ratings they desire. We are not responsible for damages caused as a result of opinions expressed by others, whether in words or ratings assigned to a listing.

One of our goals is to provide accurate ratings for your company. You are not authorized to create multiple logins, especially if you do so with intent co manipulate a rating. Doing so will result in the permanent termination of your listing(s), and NO REFUND will be issued.

RENEWING YOUR LISTING
You should NOT auto-renew listings that may change. We may turn off this feature without notice to you, which may result in your listing not appearing anymore in the directory once it is expired.

You are responsible for knowing when to renew your link and for doing so on time. We will send an email about 30 days prior to your listing’s expiration date. Before you renew, you should review your listing to ensure you do not incur any unwanted charges. If we upgrade your account for any reason (because of high ratings and/or per your request, as a good gesture, or other reason), the upgrade may carry through your renewal period and you may be charged the cost of the features for the following period, whatever the charges may be.

SALES & REFUNDS
Costs of features are subject to change at any time. This means that the cost of the same features may vary from period to period.

All payments are final and will not be refunded. Therefore, please verify that you want to purchase or renew a particular feature before doing so. Refunds will not be issued for system downtime, either; however, we realize that it is in Our best interest to ensure the system is always available and we intend to keep it so.

Payment for features your listing(s) uses is required within 30 days. Failure to pay may result in the termination of your listing. We reserve the right to permanently block listings for your domain, should your failure to pay become an issue. All appeals should be directed to the Administrator.

CONTACTING US
If you have a question, you agree to first peruse through the “Frequently Asked Questions” section for an answer to your question before contacting Us.

From time to time, we may change our e-mail address to combat the amount of spam we receive. When contacting Us, ensure you use the correct e-mail address, as listed on the “Contact Us” page, particularly if you have received e-mail errors/returns of messages you sent Us. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by you having sent us an e-mail to an incorrect address.

DISCLAIMER
Data and materials on this site are provided “as is” with absolutely no warranty, expressed or implied. We will try to ensure this site and products are available, secure, accurate, virus-free, and bug-free. However, We cannot guarantee that a hacker, virus, worm, or malicious program will never attack, or that all software or website functions will work perfectly. Neither can We guarantee 100% accuracy, reliability, or availability. Use of the site implies your consent to not hold Us liable for any related damages. You are aware that you are using this site and its products at your own risk.

We are not responsible for action(s) taken by other parties.

We are not responsible for how your system or other websites handle or treat cookies, or how this affects your usage of the PCBYP site. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Us, our partners and affiliates, from any and against all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs) arising out of your or someone else’s use, or inability to use, the site or any content therein.

ABANDONMENT
We reserve the right to prohibit you from accessing the site or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice, and we shall not be responsible for any effects resulting from discontinuation of services.
